As part of our continued work to protect our clients, an additional layer of security will be turned on to help mitigate the risk of fraud during the login experience. On May 9th, 2024 all Wealthscape InvestorSM users will enroll in multi-factor authentication.
Users who do not have security contact data on file will need to input their contact data on the Security Enhancements screen. Once contact data is on file, users will be prompted to enroll into the 2-Factor Authentication upon login. Once enrolled, AND AT EACH LOGIN, users will verify their
identity by entering a 6-digit security code sent directly to their phone via text or voice call. This adds a layer of security to prevent unauthorized access to accounts.
