Free Money Market Sweeps

Seaport Securities provides a FREE service that enables the uninvested cash or “free credit balance” in your brokerage account to earn income.

The money fund sweep feature automatically invests in and redeems funds from the NFS / National Financial Services LLC

NFS/ National Financial Services LLC

You could lose money by investing in a money market fund. Because the share price of the fund will fluctuate, when you sell your shares they may be worth more or less than what you originally paid for them. The fund may impose a fee upon the sale of your shares or may temporarily suspend your ability to sell shares if the fund’s liquidity falls below required minimums because of market conditions or other factors. An investment in the fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Fidelity Investments and its affiliates, the fund’s sponsor, have no legal obligation to provide financial support to the funds, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the fund at any time.

COMPENSATION PAID TO Seaport Securities by NFS for the Fidelity Funds.

Seaport Securities Corp. (“Seaport”) might receive compensation in connection with the purchase and holding of mutual fund shares by its customers. Such compensation includes, but is not limited to, Rule 12b-1 fees. These payments are sometimes referred to as “revenue sharing.”

Seaport has revenue sharing arrangements with affiliates of the Fidelity money market funds (“Fidelity”) in connection with National Financial Services offering classes of the Fidelity money market mutual funds as sweep investment options in Seaport Securities brokerage accounts. Under these arrangements, NFS pays Seaport for offering the Fidelity money market funds .

Generally speaking, these are the options available to you at the time you open your account. However, certain types of accounts may offer different options from those listed here. Please keep in mind that once your account has been established, you can change your core position to any other option that Fidelity might make available for that purpose. Additional options might be available; for example, non-sweep funds. Please call our office for more details.

For additional information regarding a particular mutual fund’s payment and compensation practices, please see the fund’s prospectus and statement of additional information.

Before investing, consider the funds’ investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses. Contact Fidelity for a prospectus or, if available, a summary prospectus containing this information. Read it carefully.
